About Sean

Sean Howard has built his career on turning vision into reality. Licensed as a Realtor in 2017, he brings to real estate the same drive, creativity, and strategic thinking that fueled his decades as a successful entrepreneur and inventor. In his 20s, Sean founded Superior Craftsmen, a decorative painting and wallcovering company whose work spanned over 100 banks, 10 hotels, and numerous multi-million-dollar homes across the United States and Puerto Rico. In his 30s, he invented and patented a unique wallcovering product, Weathered Stone, growing it into a global brand with over 200 certified installers. His innovation earned national recognition, appearing in ABC’s Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, the Ritz-Carlton, and the Emmy Awards Suites, as well as in numerous design magazines.

After selling his patent, Sean shifted gears, founding I’m Going Live, a technology company specializing in business information systems, custom programming, and data architecture. This venture allowed him to work with clients worldwide while remaining active in his Fairhope, Alabama community—coaching youth soccer, playing music at his local church, and creating lasting memories with his family.

Sean’s entrepreneurial journey naturally led him into real estate and investing. Since earning his license, he has deepened his expertise through specialized training in Real Estate Marketing Strategies, Transaction Compliance, Tax Law Fundamentals, Commercial Real Estate, and Investment Strategies.

Today, Sean combines his extensive business acumen, creative problem-solving skills, and passion for helping others to guide clients through successful property purchases, sales, and investments. His approach is rooted in integrity, innovation, and a relentless commitment to delivering exceptional results.
